How do we do the testing:
If we detect even ONE pixel that does not work right, another monitor will be tested for you. We will not rest until we find a monitor with 100.0000000000000% correctly working pixels. The test includes a professional visual inspection for "Dead" & "Stuck" pixels. You have seven (7) days after the delivery date to find and report to us any damaged pixels to arrange the monitor to be exchanged for a perfect one with free UPS ground shipping both ways.* This service is not free and is offered for most models in stock at our warehouse. Your delivered monitor box might exhibit signs of being opened due to the nature of the test.

Many users with good vision are very sensitive to even one pixel that does not conform. At times it might feel as if the pixel is larger than it really is and you can't see anything but the damaged pixel (dead or stuck one). Why Do We Charge A Fee: As an added convenience to you, we offer special testing for LCD computer monitors. Although manufacturers themselves conduct extensive tests before shipping products to distributors, there is still a small risk of receiving a product that has damaged pixels due to manufacturer's defect and policies that outline what exactly counts as a defect. Many manufacturers allow slight defects to be present on LCD displays. Our testing service helps prevent shipping LCD computer monitor with defective pixels by conducting additional testing right before shipping it to you. Please, realize that such testing is costly for us to conduct. Testing requires to pull your order out of the normal shipping routine and pay a technician to spend time testing your merchandise thoroughly. We have varied the cost of testing depending on the complexity and time it takes our technicians to test a product. This test also produces opened box items with damaged pixels that have to be sold at a much lower price. Most online stores will not even offer this very service. Also, in an operation of any reasonable size it becomes too costly to pull every product off the line for "free" testing and still offer a competitive price. We would rather grant the customer a right to choose whether this service is appropriate and necessary. In addition, this service brings a free RMA shipping if we fail to send you a monitor without perfect pixels.*
* This test includes free ground UPS shipping both ways on the first RMA related to damaged pixels within seven (7) days from the original delivery date. In short, in case your perfect monitor develops bad pixels on arrival or within a week of receiving it, you must file RMA within seven days from the original delivery date to receive a pre-paid shipping to our facility. The free shipping does not apply to the original shipping when monitor is bought. This offer is valid only for the first RMA where damaged pixels are the cause, other causes do not apply to this offer.
