Directron.com has a full-service printer repair facility located in Houston, Texas.

Our factory trained and certified technicians are capable of fixing printers at a fraction of the manufacturer's costs!

Directron.com can service, repair, and upgrade most major brand printers.

We provide both In Shop and On Site Service. Customers can bring their printer to our depot/service center; or at a very reasonable extra cost, request a technician for On Site Service.

Monochrome Laser = $50.00 Flat

Color Laser = $125 Flat

On Site Labor:

Monochrome Laser = $85 (under 2 hours)

Color Laser = $175 (under 2 hours)

Pick Up and Delivery = $75.00 flat (within the Houston area)

We are conveniently located in Southwest Houston at 10402 Harwin Drive Houston, TX 77036.

We stock most printer parts and accessories.

You do not need to call or email us before you come to drop off your printer as long as understand the instructions and notes on this page carefully.

Notes: (1) How fast a repair can be completed depends on the kind of printer, complexity of the problem, and availability of parts. (2) An estimate for the actual cost to fix a problem is just an estimate. If additional parts are required after the initial parts are installed and the printer tested, then a service technician will contact you and let you know if you wish to continue with the repairing the printer or terminate the repair and the printer will be returned, however; the $15 Estimate will apply. If the printer becomes too costly to fix, we may suggest a new printer. (3) If special parts are needed from the manufacturer, an extra waiting time will be required. We shall inform you of the cost of the special parts before purchasing them for you. (4) Sorry we do not provide free warranty services on behalf of the manufacturer at this time. If your printer is still under manufacturer warranty, please contact your manufacturer for services. All of our services shall be charged at this time. (5) We can fix most common problems on printers; however, if you think your printer is still under warranty, we strongly suggest you to contact the manufacture first.
