Cancellation and Combination Policy

Once an order is sent, it is received and processed immediately within the next business hour. Therefore, change or cancellation is very difficult. You may call 713-773-9898 x1500 during 9-5 CST or e-mail change_NOSPAM@directron.us for changes or cancellation_NOSPAM@directron.us for cancellation; (remove _NOSPAM manually) however we do not guarantee that your order will be changed or cancelled. If your order is shipped, you may refuse the package; however you will be responsible for the shipping charges. A 10% restocking fee will be added to computer cases and monitors because the condition of the returned boxes significantly reduces the re-sale value of the returned products.

Combining separate orders from the same customer with the same shipping address is sometimes possible if orders are received adjacent to one another. This works most often for orders received during the weekends and over night. If you have placed multiple orders in the same day, you may want to leave a comment in the last order to indicate whether you want to combine these orders in shipping. Or e-mail change_NOSPAM@directron.us to make this request. (Remove _NOSPAM) We'll manually adjust your order so that you can realize some savings in shipping cost. However, we cannot guarantee that combining orders will be done since UPS drivers do pick up packages from our warehouse more than once per day.

Orders placed soon after an existing order do not qualify for the 2% discount for repeated customers.
